What We Collect
If you take the questionnaire, we collect your email address, an optional first name, an optional relationship label describing who you answered about, an optional gender, and your 12 answer selections. If you purchase a Report-Playbook, our payment processor (Stripe) collects the transaction information required to complete the sale. We do not collect your full name, birthday, address, or any information about the person you were describing beyond the label you provided.
How We Use It
Your email address is used to send your quiz result, deliver your Report-Playbook if you purchase one, and send occasional educational emails. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the link in any email. Anonymized, aggregated response data may be used to improve the questionnaire.
Who We Share With
Data is stored with our email service provider (KIT), form provider (Tally), payment processor (Stripe), and site host (Framer). We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your Rights
You can request a copy of your data, corrections, or deletion at any time by emailing cjames@powerbehaviors.com. Under GDPR and CCPA, additional rights may apply depending on your jurisdiction; the full policy will detail those.
