30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your Report-Playbook bundle for any reason, email cjames@powerbehaviors.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. No forms, no justification required. Include your order email address and the date of purchase.
How Refunds Are Processed
Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank. You do not need to return the digital files.
What Isn't Refundable
Refund requests made after 30 days from the purchase date are handled case-by-case at our discretion. Requests based on the content being educational rather than diagnostic are not grounds for refund — that limitation is disclosed clearly before purchase.
